-A daily tongue scraping will help remove the buildup of bacteria on the tongue which contributes to bad breath.

-Your child’s first dental appointment should be within the first 6 months of their first teeth showing.

-Replace your toothbrush about every 3 to 4 months, or when it shows signs of wear. Frayed bristles will not clean the teeth and gums adequately.

-The best time to brush teeth is after meals. Choose a toothbrush with a small head for better access to back teeth. Soft bristles are kinder on your gums.
