We thought it was important to remind you that the health and safety of our patients and our team have always been our priorities, even more so in these unprecedented circumstances. This document is an outline of what you should expect for your next visit with us:
Our commitment to you:
- We will be reviewing screening questions with each patient on the phone prior to your appointment and again when you arrive for your appointment
- Each patient will have their temperature taken with a non-contact thermometer at check-in.
- Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the office
- Each team member will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). This PPE will be changed after each patient
- Additional time has been scheduled between appointments to allow for our medical grade HEPA air purifiers to clean the air in each treatment room prior to next use
- The chairs and tables in the reception area are being wiped down multiple times a day
- We are implementing special appointment times for our most vulnerable patients
- We are offering special appointment times for patients to condense multiple appointments into one block to limit the number of times required to come into the office
We kindly request from you to:
- Please follow the guidelines set out by our property manager.
-follow arrows and maintain distance in front lobby
-limit of 2 persons in elevator
-front stairwell (B) is for up only
-back stairwell (A) is for down only
-limit of one person per bathroom at one time
- We kindly ask you visit the washroom before your appointment
- Use the hand sanitizer station at the front door prior to check in
- Wear a mask upon entry and exit to the clinic, prior to and after your dental procedure
- Please leave family members at home to limit the number of people in the practice
- If you have a fever or feel sick, please let us know. We will reschedule your appointment
- Maintain social distancing with 6 feet or more with other patients and our front office team
- When you arrive, call us from your car. We will let you know when we are ready for you and you can avoid the reception area and go straight back to a clean and sterilized treatment room
- After your visit it is suggested to avoid public places until you change your clothes and shower
- If you experience a fever or any COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days following your appointment, please call us and let us know
